Producing Party

　I took part in a good many events in Okinawa. And today, I produced a party which is called as "pan-industry social event" (異業種交流会) by myself. I reserved a Hawaiian bar exclusively and 12 boys who are my friends and 7 girls who work at an aviation-related company (航空関係会社) participated in it. We were very satisfied because we interact with many parsons in other circumstances.
　Though producing (or attending) a party cost not a few money and time, attending party is important because our human networks develop very much by a party and human networks are the most valuable property in the world. But I can not deny the fact a party has a weak point that our human network by a party is maybe broad but not deep. So, we should "Sashinomi", drink in a few too, for creating strong connects. I think the balance of party and Sashinomi is important.
