Discussion

After core time, I drafted a judgement of the mock trial. Although I knew what I should write an outline of it already, I didn't decide details. Correctly speaking, I realized that I didnt understand details by writing judgement in fact. In this means, writing judgement is so good training. In general, doing for real is better training for development than reading or thinking in one's head, I guess.
Today, I met some question in drafting a judgement. One of them, which is the most serious point of them, is about applying an experimental rule to a certain case. An experimental rule is that those who dropped off his(/her) car with the key inside intend to return soon unless something inconvenience for him doesn't happen. Using this rules, I can recognize his car was parked at nearly 5:30 am from the fact his parked car was seen at 5:30 am with the key inside. But I dont identify so. Because I write "something inconvenience for him" in judgement finally. Concretely speaking, he committed a theft and he was seen by victim and he broke away.
I discussed this point with my co-workers deeply. Very interesting.
