mock trial

　Today, we held a mock trial (模擬裁判). I and Kentaro played J (judge). Suguru and Yossy played P (prosecutor). Sachiko and Shinsuke played B (attorney). P and B work hard for today but J have a little task because J can read only charges in the indictment (起訴状) before trial. This principle is so-called "Kisojyo-ippon-shugi". In order for J not to have any prejudgment, we embrace this principle.
　This principle means that J is required to read all evidences at the first sight. J should have an ability to read and understand quickly. J is so hard, I think. But I was stimulated intellectually too. In that sense, J is so interesting. I guess mock trial is pretty good training for understanding how formalities in criminal trial is and how J, P and B work in it.
