Center president's talk
I listened to a talk by center president.
He said that
- Study as hard as you can in first 5 years. A research, Mastership theory, said that everyone develops in almost same speed in first 5 years. However a speed of development after that depends on how hard they study in first 5 years. And almost everyone finished their development in 20 years. So, how high level we can attain finally depends on how hard we can study in 5 years.
- Cliant call you as "Sensei" but dont flatter yourself. You should always think everything from a citizen's standpoint. And you should have a experience except a law too for keeping citizen's sense. For example, to attend a Karate-dojo, to sduty abroad, to study at a company and so on.
- You should keep connections including Tate-no-kankei (it means a connection of master and apprentice) and Yoko-no-kankei (it means a connection of follow workmates).
