I start diet. I made only 2 following rules.
- I count how much calories I eat (excluding drink) everyday.
- I never eat after 9 pm "or" get over 2000 kcal a day.

- Yogurt (200k)
- Chocolate Bread (250k)
Lunch
- Set meal of Pork (600k)
- Sakuramochi rice cake (100k)
Dinner
- Manhattan Burger(550k)
- M-size of Fried Potato(450k)←!
Review
- I got 2150 kcal today
- But today's last eating is 6:30 pm
- So, no problem
