Baseball
I joined a traning of Gellers which is a nubber-ball baseball team made up by attorneys in Okinawa. Today's menu was following. My legs, especially hamstring muscle, was very tired.
- Jogging
- Foot rising training (80 times in each side)
- Various running (running forward and backward)
- American knock (running at one's top speed and catching the ball)
- Various squat (imaging to catch the ball at one's outer limit)
- Rest
- Normal knock (but I only collected balls for other players)
- Rest
- Training in the form of a game (but I could not make any hits)
