Lovely Convention

　I was grateful to senior associates to treat lunch and dinner everyday and I said I would treat you if I succeeded in social. They said that they didnt want anything from me. Please treat junior fellows when you would gain advanced career because they were also treated from their senior associates. Baton with deep kindness and warmth is relayed from senior to junior all the while. I love this convention.
