Domestic Court

　The purpose of juvenile law is protecting and educating juvenile. It is the most great difference between juvenile law and general criminal law. The purpose of general criminal law is punishing and reclaiming. In japan, juvenile was judged in domestic court using juvenile law. I studied in domestic court and distinct court in series. So, I understand the difference very well.
